Refund policy

Cancellations/Refunds:

Each item is handcrafted with care. Unfortunately, once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. 

We do not accept refunds unless product arrives damaged. If that is the case, please send a photo of the damage within 7 days of delivery, and ship the item(s) back within 14 days. The buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.

Once we have the item(s) in our hands, we will refund the full amount on your original payment method or as store credit. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
